Returns & Refund Policy
We hope you will be happy with your purchase but if for any reason you are not, we will exchange or refund your item provided it is returned in a fully re-saleable condition with original tags and packaging. Our policy states that all goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt for exchange or refund. We will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We can not accept any items that are damaged, marked with deodorant or perfume or have been worn and washed. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product. All purchase tags must be attached, if any item is received without tags, you should contact us the same day if you wish to return the item.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of the return within 7 days of receiving the goods. Any items returned without prior notice will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us when being returned. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 14 days once approved.
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Mensroom, 834 Green Lanes, Winchmore Hill, London, N21 2RT. Please note exchanges may take up to 5 working days to dispatch upon receipt.
If you should have an item that is faulty please follow the returns instructions and we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance to your legal rights. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or there is a manufacturing fault. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible we will offer to repair faulty items. Exchanged goods can only be despatched after the returned goods have been received and checked. Replacements will be sent out at no extra charge.
